The screws seem to be missing from my FloorMate™, how can I get replacements?

The Answer is...

Please check the tape that was wrapped around the body of the cleaner. The screws are placed in a plastic bag and placed between the tape and the body of the cleaner, look closely they are small. If the screws are missing, please accept our apologies and visit our on-line locator for the Hoover Company Factory Service Center nearest you for replacement screws.
